Welcome to Lek | لك (“Lek”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Lek application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Lek is an offers and loyalty rewards platform operating in Kuwait. Users can discover and claim promotional offers from participating vendors, redeem offers, earn loyalty points from eligible activities, and use accumulated points at participating partner merchants.
Eligible users may also access additional features such as a Digital Student Card and supported digital wallet integration.
Users must provide accurate and current information when creating and maintaining an account. You are responsible for keeping your account and login credentials secure.
You must not create fake or duplicate accounts, impersonate another person, or allow unauthorized use of your account.
Certain features, offers, or benefits may only be available to verified or eligible users.
Offers available on Lek are provided by participating vendors and may have specific conditions, including:
Users should review the offer details before claiming or redeeming it.
Claiming an offer does not guarantee product or service availability. Offers must be redeemed within their applicable validity period.
Claimed offers may be redeemed using a QR code or another verification method supported by Lek.
Users must not copy, manipulate, share, or misuse single-use redemption codes or attempt to redeem an offer more times than permitted.
Fraudulent, duplicate, expired, or unauthorized redemptions may be rejected or cancelled.
Users may earn loyalty points after completing eligible activities, including successful and verified offer redemptions.
The number of points earned may vary depending on the offer, vendor, promotion, or other conditions displayed in the application.
Points may be adjusted or reversed if a transaction is cancelled or refunded, an offer redemption is invalid, points were credited by mistake, or fraudulent activity is identified.
Eligible points may be redeemed at participating partner merchants according to the options available within Lek.
Loyalty points:
Redemption may be subject to minimum balances, merchant participation, eligible purchases, and other conditions displayed in the application.
Points may have an expiry period where specified by Lek.
Participating vendors and merchants are responsible for their products, services, prices, offer availability, quality, refunds, returns, and fulfillment of valid offers.
Lek facilitates offers and loyalty rewards between users and participating merchants but does not independently provide products or services sold by third-party merchants.
Eligible users may access a Digital Student Card containing information such as the student’s name, student ID, institution, and validity details.
Users must not modify, falsify, share, or misuse a Digital Student Card.
Where supported, users may add an eligible card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Use of these third-party services is also subject to their respective terms.
With user permission, Lek may use location information to show nearby vendors, merchant locations, maps, and location-relevant results.
Users can control location permissions through their device settings. Disabling location access may limit some features.
Users must not:
Lek may restrict or suspend accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity.
Users may request account deletion through the application, where available, or by contacting Lek.
Deleting an account may result in the loss of unused points, saved or claimed offers, Digital Student Card access, and other account benefits.
Lek may update offers, loyalty rules, participating merchants, features, or these Terms from time to time.
We aim to keep the Platform available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kuwait, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
